Nohémie Mawaka is a global health strategist, also a master of Public Health graduate from Simon Fraser University. She has extensive experience in global disease epidemiology (qualitative/quantitative research) while working for the World Health Organization and University of Witwatersrand (WITS), stakeholder and community-based engagement. With a keen-eye for healthcare systems-thinking and innovation, Nohémie holds years of experience in non-profit program management, monitoring, and evaluation with vulnerable populations. Ms. Mawaka is founder of Stats Congo, a startup that aims to help Congolese hospitals go paperless through the use of technology and sound data collection.
