Edith Tendo

Edith holds a BA in social science and an MA in Human Rights from Makerere University. For more than 6 years she has designed, implemented and evaluated community development projects in the not-for-profit sector. Edith is passionate about health as a human right and since 2014 has worked to grow her knowledge in the field as well as make a contribution towards health equity. Before joining Shanti Uganda, she was a project coordinator for USAID/PATH Advocacy for Better Health project In Mpigi District and a Global Health Corps fellow. In her free time, Edith will be reading and doing organizational capacity development activities.
